Counting Stars Performance 15/9/2015

Today was the last week of the project and it didn't go to plan at all. The recording was out of time, out of rhythm and me and Tino were still background noise but due to the volume of the drums, piano and guitars we couldn't be heard at all. We learnt the lyrics and the beat but the others kind of over took. The drum beat was the only thing that sounded good but at times that went a bit wrong, the keyboards and the piano didn't really get the same rhythm from where me and Tino were standing but the rest of the keyboards and piano parts were really good. It was never going to sound the same as the real song but it needs a lot of improving.  

Counting Stars Performance 8/9/2015

Today we started a group project. The project is based on the song 'Counting Stars'.
We got to pick what instrument we wanted to play in the song, the options were...
Guitar
Vocals
Piano
Drums
& Bass
I picked vocals because i love to sing and i want to sing in gigs when im older. Im in a group with Tino, Jenny, Beth, Ellah & Sophie, so far Jenny, Beth & Ellah have picked what parts they are singing (most of it is solo for them) Me and Tino are just practicing the little parts that we have but at the minute we are just background noise. We hope to be heard next week.
